How do I host a party?
It's easy! You just have to contact Spicy Parties and choose a date. You can deal directly with a consultant, or you can contact Spicy Parties home office and we fill find a rep in your area and have them contact you to discuss the details of your party.

How do I become a consultant?
Let us know of your interest by filling out the consultant application, and we will contact you directly to discuss all the great details and incentives of becoming a Spicy Gal. What is the difference between a host and a consultant?
A party host is the girl that wants to have the party for her and her friends at her chosen location. A party consultant is the Spicy Parties Rep that will be coming to you to give an in home presentation of all the latest products Spicy Parties has to offer. A lot of times you will hear a consultant being referred to as a "rep," or a "distributor." A Rep, Consultant and Distributor are the same thing.

Can anyone become a consultant?
We have an application that is to be filled out which will be reviewed upon submission. If we decide that you will be a good fit for Spicy Parties, and will represent the company to the highest of your professional ability, we will bring you aboard. Of course we will provide training and knowledge to make you the best Spicy Party Consultant you can be!

Can the products be returned?
Our return policy states that we cannot accept toys back for a refund, due to the nature of the products. However, if you receive a defective product we will send you the same product to replace the broken one. We cannot return one product for a different product. You will always receive the same product, in the event that you do receive a defective item. In order for us to replace any defective items you must make us aware of the defect within 15 days of receiving your order.

How are the products shipped?
We provide 100% discreet shipping in a plain brown, unmarked box. It will never say where it came from, or the nature of products. We believe that some things should be kept private.

How do I place orders?
You can order directly off the website, or you can contact your Consultant and she will help you. If you usually order with a Consultant we ask that you indicate that when you place your order or order directly from your Consultant so that she can get credit. You may have received a Coupon Code from your Consultant, Please use this when purchasing from our online store so that we can give the appropriate credit to that Consultant.

How long has this company been in business?
We have been in business for over 10 years strong. Our reps could not be happier with their easy to understand pay structure; our honesty, loyalty, and dedication to ensure the happiness of our customers and Representatives.

Do I have to Purchase Inventory?
No, You do not have to take the burden of stocking costly inventory. We do recommend that you keep your kit as demonstrator products to showcase at your parties. We keep the inventory for you. However, you most certainly can carry inventory if you choose. If this is something you are interested in please contact our corporate office.

How often do I get paid?
You keep the money generated from your parties and then purchase direct from us with your Discounted Buying Rate or either 35%, 40% or 50%. If a customer chooses to pay via Credit Card, you have the option of processing your Credit Card orders yourself or through our website. If you choose to process the Credit Cards through SpicyHomeParties.com we will send you a check for your commission amount. Down line bonus checks are paid on the 15th of each month for the prior month's sales. It is totally up to you as what types of payments you want to receive; you can accept cash only, or cash and checks only, etc.

What's the "catch?"
There really is not a "catch." this is not a get rich quick scam. It's a simple formula that has worked for many years. All you really need to invest in is your Kit and some of your time. You will be surprised how quickly word spreads and how many people would love to have a Spicy Home party once people find out about your new business.

How Many Down Lines Get Paid? Is there a limit on how many consultants I can Sponsor?
In order to make everything less complicated, we pay down 2 down lines. Meaning you will receive monthly Down Line payments on any new consultants you sponsor. You will also receive a BONUS on any new consultants that your consultants sponsor. There is not a limit on the amount of consultants that you or your recruit can sponsor.

Can I upgrade my starter kit in the future?
Of course. We have special Upgrade Kits for existing Representatives. Upgrade Kits are less expensive for existing Distributors and you will get the listed commission level. We encourage upgrades because you will pay less and still get more commission.
